It comes from his bed. Karyn is here, in very provocative lingerie.
For Karyn it's a normal situation because she didn't hear the wish and for Jon who forget it, it's the same.
Jon and Karyn are still friends, but fuck friends. They sleep at each other house and with each other, hang out together and stay together. But they never said they love each other, too scared that the other one was just a friend with benefit. So they stay in that situation for a while now.
"Yeah, it's time to go..." Says Jon.
Karyn get out of the bed and take her clothes to go to the bathroom to have a quick shower.
