"Oh hi sweetie, you must be Jon!" Dr Pott was a stunning blond with a formidable rack packed into a lab coat. Evidently she was also very, very friendly. She'd come to meet Jon in the hotel's lobby and touched his arm affectionately as she greeted him.
"Hi Dr Pott," Jon nodded. "Shall we go?"
"Sorry about this sweetie, but I'm in the middle of a consultation right now," she replied. "Today's been really busy for me, but don't you worry! I'll be done soon enough and in the meantime, I brought you out the questionnaire! It's all the info we need, and you'd only have to fill it out once you got to my office anyway."
"Thanks," Jon took the multi-page document and pen that the blond doctor handed to him.
"I'll only be half an hour longer, tops! Then we can have a serious chat about what you can expect from your week with us."
"Sounds great," Jon smiled. Some answers would be extremely helpful, he thought.
