Immediately, Karyn heard Steve's squeaky, high-pitched voice reply from the other side of the door.
"Go away, Karyn!"
"But you called me over here," Karyn replied with a frown. She began to push the door wider but heard the Stud bound unseen across his room to push against her.
"That was before before something happened," Steve replied. "I don't want you to see me like this!"
"Like what? And what happened?" Karyn gasped. "Let me see!"
She shoved hard against the door and it partially gave way.
