Jon sprung out of bed as fast as he could, almost falling onto the floor as he did. He forgot how it felt to be so small. He had to get to his bedroom quick. He didn't know for sure, but he had a feeling that he had just swapped minds with his brother. So if he was in Mikey's body then Mikey must have been in his body. And the wishing stone was with his body.
Jon bursted in and saw himself, sleeping on the floor. When the swap happened, Mikey must have been sleeping. So, Jon's body immediately dropped to the floor after the swap.
Jon approached him and gently took the stone out of his hand. He didn't know how Mikey would react if he suddenly woke up in Jon's body, so he decided to leave him be.
"Don't worry, Mikey," Jon whispered. It was still so weird hearing his brother's voice coming out of his mouth. But, of course, it wasn't really his mouth, was it? "I'll fix this."
How did it even happen in the first place? The stone wasn't supposed to do this, obviously, which made Jon think that something else was in play. Some other element that was messing with the stone. What Jon didn't know was that the other element was the stone, since it wasn't his stone, but rather The Mindswap Stone.
"I wish to know why I was swapped with Mikey." The stone glowed, and once again, he found himself at a different location.
