"Who is it?" Jon called out.
The door opened and he saw Karyn.
"Karyn, what the hell are you doing here?" he asked, still feeling a little mad that he dropped the cards.
"What? Can't I just drop by whenever I want? Especially since you have a magic wishing stone?" She walked into the room and closed the door behind her. "So where is it?"
"It's gone."
"What do you mean?"
"Exactly what I said. I woke up this morning and it was gone. Replaced by all these cards," he said, gesturing at the cards scattered on the floor.
"Cards?"
He reached down and began to pick them up, when suddenly the first five cards he touched began to move and rearrange themselves just like the other cards did a few minutes ago.
"No, wait. I didn't want ..."
"Jon, what's happening?" Karyn asked, as all five cards began to glow.
