"Do you still remember the wishing stone?" Jon asked.
"What's a wishing stone?" Karyn asked.
He really hoped that she had. Then he wouldn't have to go through the explanation of it again. But then he wondered if maybe he shouldn't. He still remembered what the original 16-year old Karyn did with her very first chance at the stone. She may have been older in this reality, but that didn't mean that she was more careful. Maybe it was better to keep this to himself. And besides, she would probably want a demonstration, which he was very hesitant to give, considering the unfortunate side effect the stone has had ever since he woke up that morning.
But, on the other hand, she was his best friend. That was the reason he showed the stone to her in the first place. He trusted her. Yes, her wish for blond hair and big boobs was a stupid one, but it was just an accident. No one's perfect.
What should Jon do? Tell her about the stone or not?
