The stone he put in its place looked no different but the cover will peal off during the day to reveal a black stone with white spots, it was in fact the "Universe Stone", an item that does grant wishes, but shows the user every possible outcome and has no wish range.
If the user wishes he/she was dressed, It would show the user ever possible outfit they could wind up in and show hem every possible action they could take from there on out until the point where the user would make the next wish.
(I mean the point in each possible future not the physical wish making)
