Just as Karyn was telling Jon about how long it would take her to wash all the slime off herself, she began to feel pissed off, even more than usual. She stopped in mid-sentence and grabbed her head.
"Are you okay?" Jon asked.
She looked up at him with eyes burning. "What the fuck do you think? Of course, I'm not okay, Jon."
"Fine. You don't have to snap at me." Then he muttered to himself "Bitch."
"What did you call me?" Karyn asked, getting even more angry.
Jon's eyes started to burn, as he got up into her face. "You're a fucking bitch!"
"Oh yeah?!"
"Yeah!"
Meanwhile, in the next room, Jon's Goth sister Zoe wasn't feeling like herself. Suddenly, all the anger she felt towards her family and the people at school, and just people in general ... it all just evaporated. She didn't feel angry at anyone. And she kind of wondered why she was even angry in the first place.
