Hundreds of Goths, led by Dark Goddess Zoe, swarmed across the town. It made quite a spectacle, which caused people to leave their offices and homes to see what was going on. And when they did, Zoe converted them into her gothic servants. One by one, every person in town was becoming a Zoeist, a name that Zoe came up with. A Zoeist was a Goth that was a follower of Goddess Zoe. Zoeism was now a religion.
As Goddess Zoe's number of servants now increased into the thousands, Goddess Karyn and her servants roamed the rainy streets of town, searching for Zoe. They had gotten to the high school, but it was completely deserted. It was now obvious to Karyn that Zoe must have turned everyone at the school into her servants and left with them. Even her half-animal soldiers were gone. Except for Karl the half-octopus and Ted the merman. They were still in the swimming pool, unable to leave. Karyn used her power to make them human again and then made them her servants. They remembered being jocks, but they no longer had interest in that sort of lifestyle. They wanted to be normal, like the rest of Karyn's followers.
So now, Karyn had eight servants, instead of six. But that wasn't nearly enough to go up against Zoe's several-thousand servants, all dark, evil and twisted just like her. Karl and Ted knew Zoe's plans and revealed them to their new Goddess.
They continued to roam the streets of town, until they spotted Zoe and several of her gothic followers.
