Biff sat in silence as Sarrah drove them to the elementary school. Road noise and the sound of Taylor Swift from the radio were the only sounds. After a couple of blocks Sarrah grimaced and started to fiddle with the dial.
“Goddess,” shi exclaimed as shi tried to find something that was more to hir liking. “I don’t know how you bois can listen to that stuff. I know that it’s your car, babe, but I’m changing the station.”
Biff, unsure as how to respond, just shrugged his shoulders. He was still in disbelief that this pink convertible was now his. “Sure.”
Sarrah glanced over at hym and frowned. “Maybe after we pick Wessica and Jesley up, we should take you to a doctor or something. You’re not acting like yourself.”
Biff blinked. “What did you just say?” he asked, not sure if he had heard her correctly.
“I said that maybe we should take you to see a doctor or something.”
Biff shook his head. “No, no. Before that, you mentioned something about picking Wessica and Jesley up. Who are Wessica and Jesley?”
Sarrah sighed.
“Seriously, what is wrong with you, babe? Jesley is my little sister and Wessica is your little brother.”
Only one part of that statement stood out to Biff.
“But you don’t have a sister.”
Sarrah slammed on the brakes, causing both of them to lurch forward momentarily. Several cars behind them quickly swerved out of the way and honked their horns in disapproval of the sudden move.
Sarrah flicked on the hazard lights before she turned in hir seat to face her boifriend.
