"Holmes? Is that you?" Bartlett asked, looking at the woman dressed like a high class escort.

"Oh, you know each other," the fake captain said. "You'll be good company then." He opened Bartlett's cell door and that's when the Detective made his move, charging towards the fake police chief and wrestling him to the ground. Unfortunately, the guy put up quite a fight ... and won, pushing Bartlett back into his cell and throwing Lisa in behind him.

After he shut the door, Bartlett swung back around and tried to grab the guy through the bars, but he was standing too far away.

"You fucking son of a bitch," the fake captain said, wiping the blood off his face. "You nearly broke my fucking nose."

"Who are you?!" Bartlett yelled. "What happened to all the cops? Where's the real captain?"

The guy smirked, smugly. "I'm the real captain. See? Says it right here," he said, pointing to his Captain's badge. "And you two are the criminals. I saw your rap sheet, Bartlett. You're just a special kind of scum, aren't you? Believe me, I know the kind. I deal with them all the time. Or at least, I used to. I'm gonna give this gig a chance, though. Who knows? Maybe I can profit from it somehow." He turned around and walked towards the door.

"You're not getting away with this!"

The guy just smiled and then left the room.

Bartlett cursed to himself, then turned around and looked at Lisa. She was sitting on the bench, looking disoriented and confused. He was right there with her on that. This situation was so fucked up, he couldn't wrap his mind around it. But this was no time for indecision.

"I ... I'm a criminal," she whispered to herself, trying to make sense of it all.

"What? A criminal? What the hell are you talking about?" He grabbed her and pulled her up to her feet. "Pull yourself together, Holmes. There's some kind of bad fucking shit going on around here and we have to get it under control. You got that?" He shook her.

"Yeah," she whimpered, then in a louder voice, she repeated it. "Yeah. I got it."

"Good. Now let's find a way out of here."
