At that moment, some newcomers walked up to Zoe and Sabrina. "Why are you two hanging outside this place?" It was Yukio Meshida. Behind her were Katie Finnerty and Heather Swanson.
Sabrina stared at her. "Why are you talking without an accent?"
"I don't know. It just sort of, like, happened after I changed," Yukio answered.
"Hey, let's get out of here and, like, go hang out at the mall," Heather said.
Normally Zoe and Sabrina hated the mall, but suddenly they felt like it could be fun.
"Okay, let's go," Zoe said. And they did, leaving Stephanie, Trevor, and Zelda to explore the "new" comic book store.
