After getting dressed (in the feminine clothing he had arrived in), Biff stuck his head out into the hallway to a very strange scene. Okay, it was what you'd normally see if you were in a hospital, but now the gender roles were reversed, just like everywhere else Biff had been that day. Men were dressed like women, had long hair, make-up, and jewelry like women, and were acting like women, and vice versa for the women. And they were all acting like it was completely normal.
From the all-female doctors and mostly-male nurses, to the female security guard flirting with the man behind the nurse station counter, to the female janitor cleaning up a mess on the floor and a female custodian replacing a fluorescent lamp tube in the ceiling, to the crotchety old woman in the wheelchair making sexual comments about men walking by, all the way to the reversed families waiting to see loved ones - like a father dressing and acting like the mother, a mother dressing and acting like the father, and their girl-dressing-and-acting son and their boy-dressing-and-acting daughter. It was something that Biff was starting to get used to seeing, but something he really wished would just stop.
Taking a deep breath, Biff headed out into the hallway, then down to the elevators, with Sarah right behind.
And it seemed that everything was going smoothly enough ... until the elevator doors opened and someone who knew him stepped off, nearly colliding with him and Sarah.
