"Maybe you should let me hang on to the stone for a while," Karyn said, inside the school.
"You can't. I already got rid of it," Jon said.
"You what?"
"I wished it away."
"Well, wish it back."
"I can't."
"You didn't even add precautions? Jon, that means it's gone forever," Karyn said.
"So? It wasn't even the real stone anyway."
"You don't know that for sure," Karyn said. She sighed. "I suppose it's just all academic now." She looked down at her larger wished-up breasts. "Ugh, now I'm gonna be stuck with these forever. Nice one, Jon-boy!" she yelled.
"Hey, I thought I was doing something right." Jon supposed that he wasn't surprised that Karyn was mad at him. Sure, he didn't know if the stone he had was his or not, but he just couldn't take the chance. He hoped that Karyn would forgive him, eventually.
As Jon and Karyn walked to their lockers (which were nearby each other), they failed to notice the stranger who tailed them.
