The figure ever so carefully took the stone and put a replacement it it's place. This stone looked the same, but it isn't. Something was wrong with it.
In fact, the new stone was not a stone at all, but a small black cat. Anyone who made wish while touching the cat would find their wish granted. The cat worked in every way just like Jon's original wishing stone, except now it was a living, breathing mammal.
