Jon's mom and dad were downstairs in the living room talking to each other, when suddenly his dad's chest ballooned outward into what were distinctly breasts. They weren't really big, because the wish was "I wish you would like having your bigger breasts". And these were bigger than what he had, which were none. Since they didn't hear the wish, they thought that it was normal for him to have small female breasts.
They went on talking as if nothing was different.
