The stone he put in its place looked almost exactly like Jon's stone, except that it had a small crack running through it. It was the Random Stone. If Jon had wished for something, it wouldn't necessarily be granted to him. The stone would pick out someone within 50 feet of him and grant it to him or her. It's completely random who the stone would pick.
