Karyn wishes, but for what?

Karyn debated on whether she should call Jon up and tell him she found his stone or not. But eventually decided against it. After all she should have so much fun now. After all every possibility was now open to her. All the things she ever wanted could be hers. But what does she want? She could always change something about herself. She did that accidentally with her breasts and hair once, but now she knows what she is getting into she could have some fun as long as she was careful. After all a simple wish to effect her shouldn't effect anyone else right?
