Sarah felt something in her pocket. How did she get a hole in it? There was a stone or something touching her skin.
"Hey, Sarah! Hey, Jon!" yelled Greg's voice from across the schoolyard.
"What?" replied Sarah. Greg wasn't interested in her. He normally would never say hello. What's going on? She decided to see what was up, and came over, when she noticed Jon coming over too.
Greg put an arm around each of them. Jon seemed not to care, but Sarah found it very strange. Then Greg explained. "You'll be glad to know that I've finally broken up with Sherry.
"What?" repeated Sarah. "You finally decided to listen to reason? I don't want to see you with her. What's the matter with me?"
"Nothing," replied Greg. "I can be the boyfriend of both of you now." He kissed Jon passionately.
He would have kissed Sarah if she hadn't found the whole thing bizarre. "Is everyone nuts? Jon isn't gay! He'd never go out with you. And I'd never go out with someone who's got a boyfriend at the same time! This must be some kind of joke."
"Does this mean you're breaking up with him?" asked Jon? "I can have him all to myself?"
