As Karyn casually brushed her hair from her eyes with a natural, feminine grace that drew the eyes of others like a magnet she wondered what effect that last wish had had on her as she couldn't feel any difference. As a shopper rush past her, bumping into her, Karyn literally danced to the side retaining her balance with unconscious ease. Realizing what she'd done, she smiled with delight. What should she wish for next...
As Karyn passed the Cosmetics store, Karyn noticed that her favorite brand of cosmetics was on sale. Karyn stepped into the store thinking this would be a good time to stock up with a few of her favorite lipsticks. As she examined the wide selection of cosmetics, she thought 'It's a same I can't just wish for all I want, but one way or another any cosmetics I get would have to be paid for. I might get all the make-up I want with a wish but lose my CD's because I'd spent all my money on the make-up in the new reality instead, if I didn't phrase the wish carefully'. Maybe there was a way around it.
After some thought Karyn whispered, "I wish I had in my room at home free samples of all the items this Cosmetic company makes, in particular those suited to my complexion and skin type and that I was a talented expert at using cosmetics, able to use them with ease and artistry."
As Karyn blinked from the flash of light reality shifted...

Karyn and Jon's mothers, who had been stay at home Moms, now had part time jobs with the Cosmetics company as sales women. They had started when Karyn and Jon had started high school, and when the company's area manager had met Karyn and Jon when they were fourteen she was impressed by their look and convinced the mothers to let her hire both the kids as occasional photographic models for the new teen styles in cosmetics, since she thought they were both girls. It was a great opportunity for the kids college funds and Jon's mother finally convinced him to participate, though he almost backed out when the lady brought in a cosmetics expert to teach them how and when to use them. Jon was very surpassed to find he had a real talent for it. If only Jon could have convinced his mother to refuse all the gifts and freebies the company gave Karyn and him when the teen advertising campaign did so well.

Karyn's mind cleared as her two memories resolved themselves, she pictured her room where much had changed. She had a new bedroom set that had been a gift of the company her Mom worked for, with her new vanity and dresser covered with various cosmetics, lotions and other items. Karyn's own appearance and changed greatly, going from beautiful to gorgeous with the subtle and artistic use of her new make-up and jewelry. She also had a much larger wardrobe thanks to all the new clothes she had gotten from the occasional photo shoots over the last two years. Suddenly thinking of Jon's new bedroom set, that he had gotten at the same time she had gotten hers, Karyn giggled. At least Jon kept his room a lot neater than she kept hers, with all his new stuff properly put away. "Sorry, Jon" she giggled. "Didn't mean to get you caught up in this", she said in a whisper. As she started to make another wish to exclude Jon from the last wish, she stopped. Did she have the right to take away all the good things he'd gained from the wish just because he had been embarrassed dressing up as a girl occasionally? Besides, he was gorgeous and feminine and had had many of the same problems before without the benefits, she thought with a smile as she put the stone away. With all the reality shifts and memory adjustments she had undergone from all the wishes she'd made that morning, and not having really thought of Jon til now, Karyn had forgotten what Jon's reality had been like before she'd had made all the wishes. She left the store well satisfied with how things had turned out so far.
What should she wish for next...
