"It is weird," said Jon. "We need to talk..."
"After class," said the other Jon. Fortunately, Jon's next class was just one room away, and he could use the time between class periods to talk.
"All right," said Jon. His female lookalike walked right over to him and seemed happy to see him, but it made him a little nervous. "Jon?"
"I looked at my ID," said the female Jon. "My name's Jonnie now."
"Okay, Jonnie... how can you exist?"
"I don't know," said Jonnie. "Remember, handsome? We heard the wish. So when it came true and made there be two of us, we kept our old memories."
"You mean," said Jon, "not only do you look like me with breasts, you know everything that I know? You're really me?"
"Of course I do," said Jonnie. "And of course I am."
"God, this is so weird," said Jon. "But doesn't it, you know, bother you that you're my girlfriend?"
"Why would it bother me? It's what we wished for, right?"
"Yeah, but I didn't mean it that way... and anyway, how can you exist? When Karyn wished for blonde hair and big breasts, it was as if she had always been that way. She had a bigger bra to hold the big breasts... she had pictures showing her with the hair and breasts... people remembered her as having the new hair and breasts... Everything changed. You heard the wish so you don't know what changed, but something did. What is it? What could explain why there is someone who's exactly like me except for being a girl, who I'm dating?"
"We could ask the stone," said Jonnie.
"Yeah," replied Jon. "We have to risk it. I don't know when it's going to come true, but... I wish that Jonnie and myself would know what changed to make there be two of us."
"We'd better go!" said Jonnie. She gave Jon a quick kiss and walked off into the next classroom. Jon followed.
