Meanwhile, the cloud was causing quite a stir at Chesapeake Park. People had witnessed a person (or more) walk into the wooded area, only to come back out totally changed. It started with the woman walking her dog and a hiker, becoming a dominatrix and her slave. After that, among others, there were two jogging women who had become a couple of hookers, a girly twelve year old girl who became a rough juvenile delinquent, and a shifty guy apparently looking for a private place to get stoned coming out of the woods as a priest!
All of this prompted more than one phone call to the police, which was why one police car showed up at the park, to see what all the fuss was about. But who was it who came? Someone who was already a cop, or someone who was turned into a cop the previous night by the cloud?
