Jon awoke the next morning not realizing he now had the delusion stone. The delusion stone fooled the wish maker into believing that their wish had come true but effects no one else.
Lazily he got out of bed realizing the alarm had failed to go off and he had very little time to get ready.
I wish my bed was made. (The bed appeared to him to be made.)
I wish I was showered and dressed. (Jon felt he wa ready to leave.)
Jon ran out the door skipping breakfast.
