After the wish, Karyn was forced to close her eyes. When she opened them, she saw that she was sitting in a dirty alley in some urban area, probably a big city.
She looked around at the people that populated the alley. They were all homeless, walking around in tattered clothing and looking like they hadn't bathed in a month, if at all.
Suddenly, a rush of memories flowed through her mind. Her name was Susannah Wilson. She was 46-years old and had been homeless for the last ten years of her life.
