I bent over my desk, pencil scratching away. Math class had turned out to be a pop quiz, and everyone was hard at work. Well, for the most part. Every once in a while, one of the boys would sneak a peek at the breasts of the girl sitting next to him. Boys will be boys.
I heard the desk behind me creak as Athena leaned forward and whispered in my ear. "I'm going to do it today. During lunch break. I have to tell your brother how I feel about him. I just can't stop thinking about him."
She wasn't the only one. Every single girl in the room was gazing off into space, tests forgotten. Every single one thinking about the same person. Jon was the sexual fantasy of every single woman in the school, and no girl could resist thinking about him every spare moment.
"Good luck, Athena. You're going to need it." I kept my voice down, but I needn't have bothered. Our teacher was leaning back on her chair, one thumb circling around her nipple as she bit her lip. "You're a good friend, but the difference between you and me is that Jon is my brother." I paused, giving her a hard stare. "He's mine. I have first dibs on him." After all, it was only fair. Who better to be my gorgeous brother's girlfriend than his sister?
Athena matched my stare. "The difference between you and me is that I have a better grade in math, and can afford flunking one test." She snatched the test from her desk and started walking to the front. "I know where Jon spends his lunch break. I'm going to explain to him why I'm the only girl for him."
