Vickie said "I wish you all acted more like girls. There. That should do it."
All of a sudden, Pete and Tim and Jon weren't really that interested in Vickie's breasts.
But Karyn still was.
Vickie didn't know that wishes couldn't be reversed, so Pete's original wish to make Karyn act like a guy was still in effect.
