Jon didn't hear what Karyn had said, and was still rather puzzled as to why he was looking down, from where he was currently... strapped? and seeing the between-space of two very soft female legs. He knew they were female because he could feel the female parts that said legs originated in, which was fairly easy since he was strapped and flattened against said female parts. He was rather distracted, really.
The stone, however, did hear her. See, Jon had wished that he couldn't lose the stone, and as such it had embedded itself into, or onto, his body, thus it could not be separated from him in any way. Jon wasn't entirely aware of this, since he'd made the wish when he was mostly unconscious, but made it had been. And when he'd become a thong, the stone had become a part of said thong, though which part was debatable. And when Karyn had placed said thong on her body, her body had come into contact with the stone, which was actually a part of the thong that she was now wearing on her very private place. As such, her wish had been granted, and she now knew what she'd wanted to know.
The thong on her very private places came from a young man's house, the kitchen specifically, when he'd wished to become her thong. Because he'd specified that he wanted to be HER thong, he'd been placed in a place where HER thongs belonged. Thus the where and why of the mystery of the thong had been solved, but as a side benefit, Karyn suddenly knew two more things. One of those two things was the How, since only the wishing stone could make things so clear, that meant that she was touching the wishing stone, and other than her bedroom floor the only thing in contact with her skin at the moment was the thong, thus the thong was the wishing stone in disguise. The other thing...
Karyn thought for a moment as several implications hit her at once. And then she smiled, whispering, "I wish..."
