Melony's heart was beating faster than she ever felt it beat before. When she fled that bedroom, she was sure that the boy in the room would grab her and demand to know why she was there ... but nothing like that happened, fortunately. Maybe he hadn't seen her? She could only hope. Little did she know, the boy (Biff Meadows) was in a trance at the time and couldn't have known that she was even there.
Walking back in her house, she encountered her mom. "Melony? Were you outside? I thought you were ... what are you wearing?" she asked, looking at Melony's outfit.
"Uh, this isn't what I'm wearing to school, if you're wondering," she said.
"I hope not," her mom said.
"I'm going upstairs to change," Melony said, hoping to get out of an explanation of where she was and how she got these clothes, not realizing that the clothing in her closet was slowly changing, becoming more like something that a teenage jock, like Biff Meadows, would normally wear.

Meanwhile, Jon was meeting Karyn outside the school, neither of them noticing how Jon's hair looked a little darker (dark brown instead of brown) and that his skin looked a little paler than usual.
"Did you bring the stone?" Karyn asked.
"Sorry. I was in such a hurry to get to school, I didn't have time to grab it," Jon said.
"You could have gotten it and then just wished to be at school," she suggested.
He shrugged. "I'd rather not use the stone for trivial things."
"Okay, fine. But we can use it after school, right?" she asked.
"Sure, of course," he said.
