Jon decided to just go with his first instinct. He would transform Zoe. Even though she was his sister, she was still a girl, and Jon couldn't deny feeling some attraction towards her. Indeed, it was his younger sister that had inspired him to make the wish in the first place. He waited until she got home that night, and then walked into her room. He knew exactly what he wanted.
He started by getting rid of her vocal cords, which she didn't seem to notice. Next, her feet absorbed into her body, and she knew something was wrong. Zoe turned around in her chair, trying to get up, and fell over, looking up at Jon. He smiled as he looked down at her for a while, kicking her legs and helplessly trying to stand up without her feet. She moved her mouth, trying to say something to Jon, but couldn't get any sound to come out. She coughed a bit to clear her throat, and tried to say something, and was soon shocked to realize she was mute. By this point, Jon was grinning maniacally at her, and made her ears disappear so she became deaf. She looked up at her older brother pleadingly, tears forming in her eyes, but Jon had one last change to make to his human toy.
Zoe closed her eyes, and the eyelids fused together. Zoe gave a silent scream that sounded more like a hiss as she reached up to her face and felt the last traces of her eyes vanish. When she took her hands away, her eyes and eyebrows were completely gone, as if they'd never existed. Looking like some kind of ghost from a horror movie, she backed away fearfully from where she assumed Jon was, backing into her desk. When she felt Jon grab her boots and start forcibly pulling them off, the helpless girl wet herself in terror.
"Hmm, should I really do this?" Jon asked to no one in particular.
