The next day, at noon, the doorbell rang. Jon opened the door, hoping that it was his new bride. It was, but whatever Jon had been expecting, it wasn't this. What Jon had gotten was a middle-aged woman, one that was strangely attractive to him, but still old enough to be his mom.
"Are you Jon?" she asked.
"Yes," Jon said.
"I'm your mail order bride, Lisa" she said. She presented him with some papers. Most were identification, but one was a marriage certificate. Apparently, they were already considered legally married, even without a ceremony. "May I come in?" After Jon said yes, the woman brought in her luggage. The woman was reasonalby attractive, especially with the wish making Jon attracted to her, but was clearly a couple of decades older than him.
"Um," Jon began awkwardly. "How old are you?"
"I'm forty," said the woman. "So if its children you want, I'm still able to give them to you. Now if its ok with you, I'll take my stuff upstairs and we can start our marriage off right."
