No Such Thing As Dogs

"I wish there was no such thing as dogs. Instead, dogs would be replaced by half-human/half-dog creatures with the following characteristics. The main body would be that of a dog, but the head would be a human's and forelegs would be replaced by human arms. Female dogs would develop human breasts instead of teats. They would have dog level hearing and smell, but would have human level vision. They would be intelligent enough to talk and perform useful tasks taking advantage of their forms, but would not be as intelligent as humans. They would like being pets and it would not be considered wrong to own one. There would be variety of 'species,' like in the real world. They could have a variety of personalities, but personalites similar to the dog species they come from would be most common. However, having one spayed or neutered would be considered cruel. Females would give birth to litters, as dogs do. Finally, two thirds of the new 'dog' population would be female, so that male dogs could have mini-harems of girls." There was a flash and Jon knew that his wish had been granted. His family owned a golden retriever, and Jon wondered what his 'dog' looked like now.
