"Well looks like you're finally up." the nurse said walking over to her with a clip board.
She looked about 20 with blonde hair blue eyes and very large breasts that jiggled even as she sat down next to Jon.
"How are you feeling Jon?" she asked with a kind smile.
"um," she faltered "confused..."
"That's natural. I guess you want to know what happened?"
"yes please..."

Jon nodded silently, she wasn't about to tell her that she in fact created the disease with the wishing stone.
"Ok, so once we got you here we had to experiment with your DNA so we could make a compatible body for you. You actually got lucky break, in that you got a more or less normal body out of this."
"Lucky Break!" Jon shouted louder than she expected. "I'm a girl! Look at these! They're huge!"
Jon grabbed her breasts again and moan unintentionally. The nurse looked on half sympathetic and half bemused.
"It's not that bad," she said reassuringly "at least your human shaped. some people come out with extra limbs or part animal"
Jon looked back shocked.
"And besides you'll get used to it. I did."
"What? You were a.."
"A man?" she laughed, "Yes, I was the captain of my high school football team. I was even dating the head cheerleader before I caught the disease!"
"really!?But your so..."
