While Jon felt great to be back to his old self, he probably should've been a little more detailed with the hows in his original wish. Sure, he had his normal body, but he was still dressed in a tube top (which was now a lot looser due to the fact he no longer had boobs), miniskirt, and impossibly high heels.
Worse still was that the transformation back to his old self happened right after a sexual encounter with some guy, Jon didn't even recognize who the guy was, but he realized that act was the fulfillment of his fantasy. However, the guy was not happy to see the woman he just made love to transform into a dude! Jon was chased out onto the street with these embarrassing clothes.
