Janelle Carter had been a friend of Jon and Karyn since middle school—when Janelle knew Karyn through Girl Scouts. Even though she was a cheerleader, she'd resisted Sarah's entreaties to not be friends with two "losers".
Janelle thought having a twin sister would be fun—plus, they'd be bombshells. Now that's a way to put a girl in her place, she thought, thinking of Sarah. Since Jon's window was open and she'd heard he'd come down with SSTRS, she decided to sneak in and imprint with him.
After 30 minutes of holding him closely, she felt like he had to have imprinted on her, so she left the room quietly.
Inside, though, she was excited for what was to come.
