"It was almost six months of physical therapy," she answered. "But it was worth it. I can use my new arms better than I could use my old ones." She opened up the file and said, "Now, I'm sure that you're wondering how you're going to be transformed. It's different for everyone. Now let's see, you are going to be changed into... a cat girl! You'll become a unique sort of human and cat hybrid."
"A cat girl?" Jon paled. This was not what he'd expected. "What is that, exactly?" he asked, disturbing thoughts of different human/cat mixes flitting through his mind.
"You'll be mostly human, other than cat ears, three pairs of breasts, a tail, and a special sort of flexibility in your body. Oh, and you'll also be incapable of human speech, as well as your senses of smell and hearing being heightened. You'll have a unique sort of genetic 'mark,' if you will, and go through normal cycles of attraction where you'll crave contact with other cat people. If you do become pregnant, it's remarkably similar to a cat's; you'll give birth to a litter of hybrids much like yourself." The nurse smiled. "You'll be a house pet to your family, and you'll be made docile and receptive to commands. It'll take a while, but everyone gets used to it!"
Jon stared at the nurse for a good while, open-mouthed. If he couldn't speak, how could he use the stone? "This isn't going to work! There are things I have to do before--" he started, only to be interrupted by a pinprick in his arm, and everything going black.
