The alarm blared us awake at 5:00am. I heard my wife groan and ask me to turn it off. I stumbled out of bed and hit the alarm. The thing had been going off at 5am for almost a year now, you'd think we'd be used to it by now. But, I almost always ended up dragging my wife out of bed.

"C'mon Mary, let's get going." I said as I pulled on her arm.

She just groaned and clung to the covers and pillow.

I sighed and told her "If you get up now, you'll get there ahead of Jane."

She groaned yet again, but this time she threw the covers off. I saw right away her udder was swollen and undoubtedly in need of milking. My wife sat up in bed and turned so her legs were off the bed. Her massive udder hung heavily between her legs. I took her arm and helped her up. I got a robe over her and she started waddling towards the front door. As soon as we were outside I saw Jane down the block as well as Harriet and Jasmine were also waddling towards the "barn". It wasn't really a barn, but rather a small clinical building at the end of our cul de sac where the women were milked twice a day.

My wife along with 9 other women are part of a genetic hybridization research experiment being carried out by Aphea Medical. In exchange for the houses we live in, my wife and the other women agreed to be a part of the experiment. So, all 10 houses on our Maple street cul de sac were people in the experiment. My wife and the other 9 women had been genetically altered so their human breasts would become bovine udders. The purpose of the experiment was unclear to me, but I knew it was the only way we'd be able to have a house like this.

5am was morning milking time, and so I watched as 10 women with big udders waddled towards the end of the street.
