"You're going to be changed into an Anime Girl."
"A what?" Jon asked.
"You're going to become the physical eqivalent to a female anime character," answered the nurse. "You know, big eyes, small mouth, blue hair and such. The usual. I've got a picture of an estimated body in your file." She showed him the picture. Just as she said, the picture was of an anime character, just like the nurse described. The girl was gorgeous, with a flawless figure, pouty lips, full breasts and large, 'fuck me' eyes. "This isnt a final picture," said the nurse. "The particular details, like hair color, bust size and such, are going to be decided by you. Right now you're undergoing the first stage of the proceedures; the one to make you female. The second phase will occur in another week, where you get the Anime proceedure."
"Do I have to pick an 'unnatural' hair color," asked Jon, "or can I pick something natural?"
"Of course you can," said the nurse. "But it will put you in the minority on that issue. There's another form in your file that will help you pick out your final form. I'll leave it with you so that you can fill it out. Now are there any other questions?"
"Do any girls go through with this kind of punishment?" asked Jon. "Or is being turned into an Anime girl something that happens to guys?"
"A lot of girls go through this," said the nurse. "Its about 60/40 in favor of guys."
"Is this going to change my personality at all?" asked Jon. He worried that something might happen to keep him from reversing the wish should he choose to, though he couldn't say that to the nurse.
"You're going to have a submissive personality," said the nurse. "Also, you'll have a heightened sex drive and maternal instinct. You'll love sex, babies and pleasing others. Other than that, you still have your free will, so you can have interests and friends outside of your duties."
"My duties?" asked Jon. Judging by the oh so sexy body he was likely to get, he had a sneaking suspicion of what that would be.
"Anime girls are given their submissive, slutty personalities because most go on to become things like love slaves and concubines," said the nurse. "Girls who live for sex and the pleasure of their owners. Don't worry. You'll love your duties and you will still have your free will in regards to anything that does not relate to your duties." The nurse kissed him on the forehead and left for the night. Looking at the form he needed to fill out, Jon wondered if he hadn't made a mistake after all.
