"It was almost six months of physical therapy," she answered. "But it was worth it. I can use my new arms better than I could use my old ones." She opened up the file and said, "Now, I'm sure that you're wondering how you're going to be transformed. Its different for everyone. Now let's see, you are going to be changed into what we call a 'milk maid.' They're quite rare, and have a lot of variations in bodily structure."
"Milk maid?!" Jon exclaimed, dread filling him. This wasn't at all what he'd imagined.
"Yes," the nurse smiled reassuringly, "You will be changed into a fully functional female with one big difference: Your breasts will always be lactating, and according to your file, you'll have..." She paused, checking the file again. "Four of them. You're actually quite lucky in that regard. The less there are the bigger they're typically made. I even had one patient who had both of her breasts removed and replaced with one that took up her entire chest."
"W-well, what'll happen to me then? I'm not gonna be sold off to some farm, am I?" He asked, looking down at his currently bare chest. The nurse laughed.
"No, no, of course not. Your family will decide what to do with you. You'll need to be milked, and it will either be by babies or someone in your family may do it and sell it. Breast milk is very valuable nowadays. Typically milk maids end up about twenty-one years old physically, but their birth age still applies. One ten-year-old boy was particularly angry about that." She giggled, and Jon just stared. They made a little kid into a human cow? "Well, shall we start your procedures?" Taking out a needle, she poked Jon in the arm with it before he could answer, and in just seconds he was out cold.
