The next day, after having gone to the hospital for his first treatment, he awoke in a hospital bed with an aching crotch. A nurse came around and said, "The first treatment was a great success, Jon. You now have a fully functional female reproductive system. Its going to hurt for a while and we need you to not touch it for a few days. I know its going to be hard not exploring your new anatomy, but you need to give yourself time to heal. You'll have plenty of time to explore your body when you're treatmens are done. You will be going in for your final treatment in a week. After that, you will be taking hormone pills and the like to finish feminizing your body."
Jon, still a little sleepy from the treatment, wondered what had happened to his penis. Did it get surgically removed? If so, where was it now? Was there some girl getting punished by being turned into a guy, and now they have each other's genitals? Jon wondered.
Jon's mom came in later that day. "How are you doing, sweetie?" she asked.
"It hurts a little," said Jon, "you know...down there. But I'm all right."
"Its going to be hard for a while, once your treatments are done," continued his mom. "It took me a long time to get used to being a girl when I had my treatments done. But if you ever need anything, just come to me. I know what you've been through. Once you get out, we will need to go clothes shopping to get you some new stuff. And I'll finally be able to do 'girl stuff' with you."
His mom kissed him on the forehead and left shortly thereafter.
