"We decided to role dice to determine what order we would go in," Jerry continued. "Braeden rolled the highest, so he gets to go first."
Jon looked to the side and saw Braeden, a goth kid who sometimes hung out with Zoe, start typing into a strange looking computer program. Jon tried to say something, to stop this nonsense, but he found he could not move or speak while Braeden typed away.
"So, Braeden, tell us a little bit about what you're doing," Jerry coaxed.
"Well, I'm starting by making Jon a girl, as we all agreed," Jerry replied, and as he did so, Jon started changing. "I like girls to be really petite," he said as Jon shrank to about an even five feet tall and maybe 100 pounds. "And, of course, pale," he said as Jon's skin lightened to porcelain. "Red hair is a must, of course, and tattoos ... Oooh, and glasses, too, and she should wear some black leather," Braeden continued, seeming more excited than anyone had ever seen him before. "And us goth folks have a bad reputation for being morose all the time, so let's have a perpetual smile on her face," he concluded.
