With the positive feeling that always came to Jon when he was helpful, he turned and made his way out into the front of the store. So what if the employees had taken the day off. Jon was there, and since they'd been so helpful to leave him these totally awesome clothes, he'd help them out a bit by putting in some time! Pulling the curtain back, he saw that the formerly empty establishment was bustling with potential customers.
It took Jon a moment, though, to realize that each one of those customers was a man. Not a woman was in the store. A sinking feeling of disappoint hit him when he realized that none of the hot chicks he'd anticipated seeing would be able to check him out in his totally awesome outfit. At this rate he'd never get laid!
He absentmindedly twirled his curly locks as he examined the crowd. Just as he'd been seeing around Girl World, about half of the men were in drag. It was so strange, seeing grown men hanging on the arms of other men, acting as if they were women. Even stranger was that the crossedressed men seemed to be acting in character with what they were wearing! Two tall men in a schoolgirl outfits was giggling and talking about the latest Justin Bieber video. An older, balding man in a peasant girl outfit was hanging on the arm of the a young man in shorts and a t-shirt, deferring to him as "My lord" and "Sire" every time he spoke. Jon's favourite, though, was the short, overweight man wearing the playboy bunny outfit who kept trying to serve everyone drinks.
Dismissing the odd sight, Jon walked through the store toward the register, enjoying the feel of his ruffled dress on his legs. Once behind the counter, he grabbed a name-tag that was lying there (it read "Jade") and carefully pinned it on his dress over his left breast-form. Sure it wasn't his name, but he was sure that with the name tag shoppers would feel more comfortable dealing with him.
Back in reality, the feminizing spirit was pleased with the progress Jon was making. Not only had he made himself up to look like a girl, but he had willingly assigned himself a name. If the spirit could laugh, it would. Of all the men that it had feminized over the years, Jon was by far the easiest subject. The entire process so far he had offered little to no resistance. It was as if he secretly wanted the experience.
The spirit floated over the computer, watching Jon's progress. Sure, there was more reinforcement to do, but it didn't see how anything could stop it now.
For what seemed like hours Jon rang through sale after sale. It never bothered him that he wasn't confused as to how the register worked, nor was he concerned that he seemed to understand not only the prices on each garment, but the special discounts on sale items. The only thing that bothered him a bit was the sensation that, in the back of his mind, something was still wrong. Maybe it was the fact that there were no girls in Girl World, or maybe it was something else.
He had felt the feeling before. When he had entered the empty store it had hit him. It had been easy to dismiss, though, since he quickly found purpose and distraction in the business of retail. Now that the store was emptying and Jon had a bit more time to think, the feeling returned. He was thinking this while touching up his make-up in the mirror on the counter when...
