"Ok, first choose your DNA sample", Jon said gesturing to a rack of sample jars.
"OUCH!", Jon cried as Karyn plucked a few hairs from his head and put them in an empty sample jar.
"you know I have a sample for me already made", Jon said annoyed.
"sorry", Karyn said. "I just got carried away."
Karyn smiled and placed the DNA sample in the cloner and the display screen showed an image of Jon. She pushed a few buttons and the image became more masculine and muscular.
"you know I could have always wished up some muscles", Jon said.
"I know", Karyn said. "But I want a real you around as well, besides I want to make mental changes as well."
Karyn opened up a mental display and selected the sexuality as bisexuality.
"You want a gay me or something?" Jon said.
"no", Karyn said. "just a non-homophobic one. I hate when I ask what guys you think are more attractive you sort of get defensive and say that you're not gay. you don't have to be sexually attracted to someone to see them as attractive."
Karyn then went to personality details and added to jon's usual list of male tastes a few feminine ones.
Jon looked surprised. "Fashion? Chick Flicks? what kind of me are you making?"
"Just one who doesn't shy away when the conversation gets girly." Karyn said.
"Now for one more finishing touch", Karyn replied as she lowered the new Jon's inhibitions slightly and made him a bit more impulsive. "you can be a bit of a stick in the mud at times, you're a good friend and sometimes a useful voice of reason but I want your clone to be more fun loving and adventurous."
She pushed a button and the clone slowly started growing in the tube.
