"Let me think about it," said Jonnie. "Okay? Come back in a little bit..."

Joseph went away, no doubt to get some overpriced food. In the meantime, Jonnie handled the next customer. It was an older man, who said "I have a request. I'm not sure if you do it, but I have to try."

"What's your request?" asked Jonnie.

"My wife needs a liver transplant. Clone her a new liver."

Jonnie looked at Jon, who looked back, and said "We'd better talk this over."

She asked the man to wait and put up the sign again. Jon and Jonnie gathered together with Karyn behind the curtain.

"It's not supposed to be like this," said Jonnie."

"No, it's not," said Jon. "I just wanted this little fantasy of mine. Making someone a liver transplant is much too far from that."

"Can you do it?" asked Karyn.

"I should be able to," said Jonnie. "Nothing says we can only make whole people. And if not, there's the stone. But we're not going to go that route, are we, Jon?"

"You took the words right of my mouth," said Jon. "Time for a wish, I think?"

"Wait!" exclaimed Karyn. "Don't you want to help that man?"

"Yeah," said Jonnie, "I do... but if we help him, we could spend the rest of our lives doing nothing else but making organs for sick people. There are just too many of them. And then if we do that, we should cure all disease in the world, stop wars, invent the warp drive... and there's got to be a pretty good reason why Grandpa didn't do that. I wish that that man never came here, but his wife would get healthy soon, without hurting anyone else or making doctors suspicious either."

Then all three teens glanced away from each other, a gesture forced by the stone... and they knew the wish had worked.

All three came around to the front, Jonnie first... where there was already a clone growing in the tank. It looked around the age of a two year old.

Joseph was sitting down, watching it eagerly, along with the usual crowd amazed at the procedure.

"Did you figure out what you wanted to figure out?" asked Joseph.

"What?" replied Jonnie. "The clone's already growing! Only me and Jon can use the machine!"

"That's why you started it before going back there. You said it would take a while and you had something else to talk about."

"I don't understand! I never started your clone!"

"Of course you did, Jon."

"I'm Jonnie!" she replied. "Not Jon. See?" she said, pointing at her chest. "Breasts."

"Of course you did, Jonnie."

Jonnie reached into her pocket for the stone. "I wish Jon and I knew what was going on."

"We should have thought of it, Karyn," whispered Jonnie. "If you wish for something, the world changes as if it had always been that way. Like if Jon wishes to become a girl he'd have girl's clothes that he never bought."

Karyn nodded. Joseph just looked confused, but he wasn't close enough to hear more than a word or two anyway.

"Well, I wished that the man who wanted the liver never came here. So what changes if I erase his visit from history? I would have served a different customer during the time we spent talking about him. The different customer is Joseph. We made an agreement and I started his clone. Or at least the clone is there and he remembers me starting it."

"Can you reverse it?"

"Of course I can... But I don't want to kill the clone."

"You could wish the clone was a baby belonging to someone else, you don't have to kill it."

"True, Karyn, but let's see what happens."

Joseph was still watching. The clone was about the size of a ten year old by now. Jonnie walked up to him and asked, "Just as a final check, Joseph, could you please repeat everything you wanted for the clone?"

"Sure. We weren't doing Sarah's body, so it's a female version of me, submissive, has all my memories, long blonde hair, blue eyes, double-D breasts, thinks of herself as my sister, knows she's a clone, acts like a girl, cat ears and tail, cooking skill copied from my Mom, uhh, I think that's all. Oh, yeah, bisexual. And she naturally looks like she's wearing makeup and lipstick even when she's not."

"That's all?" asked Jonnie in disbelief.

"Uh, is there something wrong with it? You said it was fine before."

"I guess not." Jonnie sighed, and the liquid began to drain, then the device opened, letting loose the clone.

"J-- Joseph?" said the clone timidly.

Joseph grinned. "Your name is Joey now."

"A-- all right. Whatever you say, master." She purred, and stepped forward towards Joseph, but winced as the weight of her breasts pulled at her braless, naked, chest.
