Jon turned away from Sarah, snapped his fingers over his shoulder and commaneded, "Follow me."
"Yes ma'am," she replied, meekly.
He was glad he was ahead of her, since he was not able to wipe the grin from his face. They went straight for Sarah's house, a place that Jon had only ever imagined going. Sure, she had hosted parties before, but he was not of the ilk to ever be invited to such doings.
He walked in the front door as if he lived there, telling Sarah to wait outside until he was sure that they were alone. Ensured of their solitude, he invited her to enter (fully aware of the irony) her own home. He sauntered into the living room and flopped himself down on the couch. Jon repressed the urge to snap at her. Instead he made a more calculated response. He wasn't sure how much of what happened while he pretended would last after he stopped, but he thought he'd give it a shot.
"Listen, you, it's time for an adjustment."
Her eyes shot up, eager for instruction.
"From now on, Jon Madison is out of my league. He is so cool, so hot, so sexy, that it would be an honour for someone like me to be so lucky to gain his attention. No more treating him badly, instead you will drool over him, lust over him, dream about him, long for him. Do you understand me?"
There was a momentary silence, then, "Programming assimilated."
"Good, now it's time for me to go. Put my shoes back on me."
Standing up in his well laced sneakers (although to Sarah's eyes they were were cute buckled mary-janes), he bid her farewell and walked out the door. Outside, before anyone could see him and mistake him for Sarah again, he pretended to be...
