Karyn reached the top of the steps, excited to take Jon out for a walk. She walked along the hallway to Jon's door, carefully watching for movement from Mikey's room. She didn't think Jon would appreciate his little brother seeing him pretending. Little did she know, Mikey was actually watching from Zoe's room, completely hidden from sight, only one room down from his, with a better view of Jon's room and most of the hallway. He snickered to himself as he anticipated the events to follow.
Karyn made it to Jon's room and quickly closed the door behind her. Inside, Jon was waiting just as she had left him: naked on the bed. She smiled, lifted him up, and started carrying him out of his room. Jon started to panic. Nervously, he questioned her, "Mommy, where are we going?"
"Mommy's taking her little Jon out for a walk."
"What? B-b-but Karyn!"
"Karyn? What little girl calls her mommy by her name?"
"M-Mommy, what about my clothes?"
"Oh, don't be silly, Jon, these clothes are fine. I'm sure no one will think it strange for you to be dressed like a little girl." She had exited the room and started down the stairs by now. Jon could hardly manage to get a word out. Karyn walked towards the front door, set Jon down for a moment, unfolded the stroller, set Jon in the stroller, and buckled him in. "Okay, ready to go!" Karyn said, and walked out the door, pushing Jon in his stroller in front of her.
