Jon smiled as he said, "Why, Mommy, of course I'm three years old!"
"Why, that's right!" Karyn said. "How could Mommy forget how old her precious daughter is?" Jon giggled like a three year old girl would when her mother was playing games with her.
"Tee hee, Mommy's so silly! Mommy's so silly, she named her precious little girl a boy's name." Jon thought it would be easiest to keep his old name.
"Of course, Mommy doesn't know why she was so silly, but Jon's such a pretty little girl's name for you. Come on, Jon, sweetie, let's get inside." She lifted Jon fairly easily and carried him inside.
Once inside, Karyn carried her "little girl" to the living room and set "her" down on the sofa. "Here, Jon, sweetie, why don't you watch a video?" She searched around the TV until she found a cartoon suitable for a toddler girl. Fortunately, Jon's little brother, Mikey, hadn't quite outgrown those types of shows. "Mommy has a couple chores to take care of."
