As he opened his eyes, Jon was ready to see the many changes that had taken place around him. However, the most surprising of these changes was... nothing had changed. The decorations of the bathroom were still the same, but that wasn't anything special, since most of the stuff in there was Zoe's. He didn't know why his clothes were still the same, though.
Still wondering what had changed, if anything, Jon opened the bathroom door and walked into the hall. Here, he looked around, but saw no changes. Perhaps the wish hadn't worked. Jon went to the living room and sat down on the couch to watch television. He flipped to a vaguely interesting show, but soon felt drowsy.
After what seemed mere moments later to Jon, he was being shaken lightly. "Huh?" He mumbled. He yawned.
"You fell asleep on the sofa, sweetie," said the figure who was shaking him. It was his mother. "It's nearly dinnertime... Where did you get those clothes, honey?" Jon mumbled groggily. What was odd about how he was dressed? "Well, we'll just get you changed and then we can have dinner, Zoe should be home soon." Jon's mother picked him up fairly easily and carried him away from the couch.
