He tried to go through the day as best as he could, all the while knowing that he had to live up to his bet immediately after school. At lunch, he ran into Madison.
"Jon, I am sorry, I did not know he was going to do that. I don't know what has gotten into Derek. I admit, I thought it was cute, you wearing my clothes, and now, having my figure, but this, new bet, it is going way overboard. I have an idea, but you will have to follow my plan otherwise, you and I will be a little closer then I am comfortable with."
Jon just nodded that he would follow her plan.
"Okay, look, I know Derek is on to us, but if he wins, that will be over forever. He wants you to be my twin to punish you. I think we can use this to hurt him. You know how Derek is (actually, Jon didn't), he is a loose cannon, and if we get him upset enough before he skates, he will surely loose his concentration, and mess up. So, I am figuring, you and I will be doing something real wild for tonight. I was told to follow you until 4, when we meet, so we have a little time after classes are out. I cannot let you go home, because then he will figure you are backing out, and can declare himself the winner, but there is nothing saying we cannot go to my house. Shoot, here he comes, wait for me at your locker after school, I will fill you in more then," she said as she left Jon, and headed over to meet with Derek.
"I told him that he was not to leave school without me, so he will not be bailing on the bet. I need to stop home quick before you guys skate, so I will take Jon boy and freshen up a bit, maybe something a little more appropriate for the skate," she said to Derek.
"No, he is not in pants for the skate. If anything, it better be more girly, because when I win, I want to see him really fill out nicely."
And, then they were out of earshot from Jon, he was very nervous, so much so that he really lost the rest of the day, until it was time for the last bell.
