Jon's head was reeling from everything that happened, as a result of his wish. He had to keep up appearances; otherwise, Karyn would get suspicious and may find out what Jon did.
As they made their way into Jon's room, Karyn looked at Jon with a playful grin.
"Jon, I have an idea I want to try using the stone. Do you trust me?"
Afraid to say NO, Jon smiled, and nodded in the affirmative.
"Okay, I am going to make a wish using the stone, and you will have to guess what I did. So, to make sure you do not know what it is, I want you to go out in the hall, and close the door."
Jon did as instructed, for fear that if he disagreed, it might arouse suspicions. As he closed his door, Karyn held the stone, and made a wish. . .
