"I wish," said Jon, "that, until I wish otherwise, that, at puberty, people would change gender on a genetic level, after which, their bodies would change to follow suit; developing functional, appropriate genitals, breasts if they are becoming female and other appropriate features, becoming an opposite sex version of themselves. The process would be as physically painless as possible, would not be much more stressful than normal puberty and people would learn to enjoy their new forms as they finished changing. Males, as they changed into females, would develop a strong maternal urge. Sexual desires of all individuals would change to an equivalent approprate to their new forms. Also, people would get a name appropraite to their birth gender and, at puberty, individuals can choose a new name for their new gender or keep their old one. Personalities would shift to become equivalents to their old personalities."
